The EG LIFE program is structured as a 5-week course, available in various formats including online, hybrid, and one-on-one coaching sessions. Each format is designed to cater to different learning preferences and schedules.
The EG Life, a name inspired from St. Therese of Lisieux, is designed to help individuals find joyful resilience through intimacy with Jesus, focusing on trusting that all things are working for good. It combines practical teachings learned from scripture, faith, therapy, coaching, and the Theology of the Body teachings from St. John Paul II. This program is intended to guide participants toward a more fulfilling and aligned life as they grow in trust and joy both through everyday moments.
I am on a mission to reveal the goodness of God and testify to the redemptive power of His love, not only to my four small children and husband of thirteen years, but to the world. My heart is on fire to help people live a remarkable life by breaking free from fear and pain, seeing how all things can work together for good, so they too can encounter the love of God, and walk in freedom and forgiveness, knowing that Everything Is Grace.
